The Shock ionized plasma shell combines many of the benefits of EMP and Phased Plasma and will tear through most shields with relative ease. However, they require substantially greater turret power to maintain the ammo's charge. Note: This ammunition can only be used by medium tech level II and faction Artillery Cannons.
